We got up around 9:00 this morning and ate breakfast. We did not have anything planned for today, so I thought we should go to Grafton Street and O’Connell Street, two famous shopping streets in Dublin.
Grafton Street was first. To get there, we got on the Hop-On Hop-Off bus and rode it around to stop #1, which dropped us off close to Grafton Street. We walked around for a bit and even had lunch. Then we walked back to the HOHO bus stop to get back on the bus. This time, we rode it to stop #28, which dropped us off on O’Connell Street. We walked around there for a while and then decided to take a taxi back to our hotel.
Once we were back at the hotel, Jay took a shower while I read my Kindle. After his shower, Jay selected a restaurant for dinner using the OpenTable app. It was a steakhouse, and we decided to take a taxi there. We ate dinner and then walked around for a bit before taking a taxi back to our hotel.
Jay then went to get snacks while I went up to our room. This is our last night here. We have to get up early and leave for the airport at 7:40 in the morning, so we need to pack what we can before going to bed tonight. Tomorrow will be a long travel day.
